Supplications for the setting of a debt

اَللّٰهُـمَّ اكْفِـنِيْ بِحَلَالِـكَ عَنْ حَـرَامِـكَ، وَأَغْنِـنِيْ بِفَضْـلِكَ عَمَّنْ سِـوَاكَ

O Allah, suffice me with what You have allowed instead of what You have forbidden, and spare me by Your grace, of need of others.

اَللّٰهُـمَّ إِنِّيْٓ أَعْوْذُبِكَ مِنَ الْهَـمِّ وَالْحُـزْنِ، وَالْعَجْـزِ والْكَسَلِ وَالْبُخْـلِ وَالْجُـبْنِ، وَضَلْـعِ الـدَّيْنِ وغَلَبَـةِ الرِّجَالِ

O Allah, I seek refuge in You from grief and sadness, from weakness and from laziness, from miserliness and from cowardice, from being overcome by debt and from being overpowered by men (i.e. other people).

[Sahih Bukhari – 6369]

اَللّٰہُمَّ اِنِّیْٓ اَعُوْذُبِکَ مِنْ عَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ وَ اَعُوْذُبِکَ مِنْ فِتْنَۃِ الْمَسِیْحِ الدَّجَّالِ وَ اَعُوْذُبِکَ مِنْ فِتْنَۃِ الْمَحْیَا وَ الْمَمَاتِ، اَللّٰہُمَّ اِنِّیْٓ اَعُوْذُبِکَ مِنَ الْمَاْثَمِ وَ الْمَغْرَمِ

O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the punishment of the grave, and I seek refuge in You from the trial of the False Messiah, and I seek refuge in You from the trials of life and death. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from sin and from debt.

اَللّٰهُمَّ رَبَّ السَّمٰوٰتِ السَّبْعِ وَرَبَّ الْأَرْضِ، وَرَبَّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِيْمِ، رَبَّنَا وَرَبَّ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ، فَالِقَ الْحَبِّ وَالنَّوٰى، وَمُنْزِلَ التَّوْرَاةِ وَالْإِنْجِيْلِ وَالْفُرْقَانِ، أَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ أَنْتَ اٰخِذٌۢ بِنَاصِيَتِهٖ، اَللّٰهُمَّ أَنْتَ الْأَوَّلُ فَلَيْسَ قَبْلَكَ شَيْءٌ، وَّأَنْتَ الْاٰخِرُ فَلَيْسَ بَعْدَكَ شَيْءٌ، وَّأَنْتَ الظَّاهِرُ فَلَيْسَ فَوْقَكَ شَيْءٌ، وَّأَنْتَ الْبَاطِنُ فَلَيْسَ دُوْنَكَ شَيْءٌ، اِقْضِ عَنَّا الدَّيْنَ وَأَغْنِنَا مِنَ الْفَقْرِ

O Allah! Lord of the seven heavens! Lord of the earth! And the Lord of the Mighty Throne! O our Lord and the Lord of everything! O tearer of grains and nuts! O the sender of Taurat, Injil and Furqan (Qur’an)! I seek refuge with You from everything whose forelocks You hold. O Allah! You are the First, there is nothing before You; and You are the Last, there is nothing after You; You are the All Mighty, nothing is above You; You are the Most Near, nothing is hidden from You, relieve us from the loan and bring us out from poverty and make us rich.
