Invocations for sitting between two prostrations

رَبِّ اغْفِرْلِیْ، رَبِّ اغْفِرْلِیْ

My Lord, forgive me. My Lord, forgive me.
[Sunan Abu Dawud – 874]

اَللّٰہُمَّ اغْفِرْلِیْ وَارْحَمْنِیْ وَاھْدِنِیْ وَاجْبُرْنِیْ وَعَافِنِیْ وَارْفَعْنِیْ

O Allah forgive me, have mercy on me, guide me, support me, protect me, provide for me and elevate me.
